8/13/2008 Version 7.3  release notes: Fixed issues with Jigster sticking. (Play on easy difficulty for now) I found Microsoft VM Java to be the better Java for this game. Jigster didn't stick once during a 16 hour test session with Microsoft VM Java enabled. Try Microsoft VM Java if your experiencing problems with Sun Java or switch to Sun Java if you having problems with Microsoft VM Hava. Don't have Microsoft VM or Sun Java or don't know how to switch from one to the other? Go to our technical help section to find out how.

8/13/2008 Version 7.2  release notes: Fixed changes made to the game on 8/12/08. Play on easy difficulty for now. Hard difficulty will be added in the next few weeks. I'm going to wait for Pogo to stop screwing around with the game. Thank you all for your patience and for not blowing up my inbox while I was working on this update.

7/30/2008 Version 7  release notes: Version 6 wasn't working at all for a few of you... I hope Jigster 7 fixed this issue. Contact us if you continue to have problems. Fixed problem with Jigster not grabbing all of the border pieces hidden underneath the drawer when playing the easy skill level.

7/24/2008 Version 5 release notes: Version 4 was getting stuck towards the end of the game, fixed. I've added a nap option. You can tell Jigster to nap 1, 2, 3 or 4 minutes before solving a new game or have it solve it as soon as a new game is ready. By using the nap option you can crank up the speed without your name scrolling a low solve time. Jigster will now display exactly how long it took to solve a game at the end of it. Finally, you can now pause Jigster in the middle of solving a puzzle by pressing the "P" key on your keyboard. Once paused, simply click the OK button in the pop up window to continue solving the puzzle. CTRL is still stopping Jigster.

7/24/2008 Version 4 release notes: I forgot that you don't earn points when using a hint. I apologize for my oversight. So, instead of using the hints when Jigster gets stuck, it will now gather all missing pieces one more time and try to finish the puzzle. Jigster will only use the hints IF it's not able to solve the puzzle after gathering the missing pieces.

7/24/2008 Version 3 release notes: Jigster will now use the 5 hints when getting stuck before starting a new game. This will bring your winning percentage up. I've added a game difficulty check since a lot of people don't take the time to read the instructions.

7/23/2008 Version 2 release notes: Fixed changes made to the game on 7/18/2008. This version will play on hard skill level only. I may add the easy and normal skill levels later on... if needed. Had to remove the chat option, it was causing problems when Jigster was trying to snap the pieces together, sorry about that. The speed option is different in this version. Click the minus "-" button to increase the speed and the plus "+" button to slow Jigster down. The default setting when you start Jigster for the first time is 60. 60 will solve your puzzles in around 5 minutes. I recommend leaving the speed at 60 for the first time, then slowly speed up or slow Jigster down. I suggest you shut everything down but the cheat, the game, your firewall, spyware and antivirus programs before running Jigster. This will drastically improve the performance of the cheat. Jigster will NOT puzzles already in progress... so make sure you have a new hard difficulty puzzle ready to be solved before starting the auto program. Also, Jigster will only play the default color scheme. Select the color scheme as shown in the screen shot below if Jigster is not playing your Jigsaw Treasure Hunter game for you.

7/23/2008 Progress update: All that's left is final testing. Version 2 should be ready at around 2 PM Eastern Time.

7/22/2008 Progress update: Jigster is now almost finished! I plan on releasing this update some time tomorrow. All I have left to fix are some timing issues. Jigster is able to solve Hard Puzzles in 2 minutes! What else would you expect from the creator of the fastest Jigsaw Detective cheat around? Those of you with slower systems don't have to worry... Jigster's CPU usage continues to be really low.

7/21/2008 Progress update: Jigster is solving the border every single time on Hard difficulty and it is sorting the inside pieces. Started on the solving engine for the inside. Now it's just a matter of getting the pieces to snap together reliably. My goal is to release a version that will win every single game on hard at a pretty good pace.
